Returns Policy -
Our careful attention to strict quality control is your assurance of customer satisfaction.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner.
Web Orders:
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Email, Phone, and Fax Orders:
All credit / credit requests are subject to approval and must be submitted by the "Return Request Form." Please visit www.ptlusa.com/returns to access the Return Request Form. If approved a return label will be emailed or mailed, and a credit will be issued upon completed return process.
Reasons eligible for Credit / Return:
• Damaged Upon Receipt
• Expired / Short-Dated Upon Receipt
• Not As Expected
• Over Shipped
• Didn’t Order
• Incorrect Merchandise
• Wrong Price
Return Criteria:
• Items must be received within 30 days of invoice date.
• Must have copy of the original invoice.
• All items must be in 100% saleable condition
• Items must be in original packaging without any stickers.
• Date sensitive items must have at least one year dating (when applicable).
• Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
• 15% restocking fee may apply.
• No returns will be processed unless accompanied by an RMA#. PTL will not be held responsible for merchandise returned without prior authorization.
Returning Purchases:
If your return meets the Return Criteria and is approved, you must return merchandise to PTL to receive a credit
How To Return Your Items (if request approved):)
Follow these steps to return your purchase by mail:
1. Pack your return in the original package if capable.
2. Include Copy of Original Invoice with RMA No. in right corner RMA No. is Mandatory to process return
3. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
4. Attach return label, provided by PTL.
5. When applicable, the customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned merchandise.
